Is it really FREE?
YES! The CWRB app was funded by the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads on the condition that the ride buddy finder and great resources are FREE to download.
How does the facial recognition technology work?
We have installed a secure facial recognition technology used by certain dating apps to make sure you are who you say you are. Photos are not stored in our system and are used for verification purposes only.
Does the App track my personal data?
As with most online businesses, we may log information about your access and use of our Site, including through the use of Internet cookies, your communications with our Site, the type of browser you are using, the type of operating system you are using and the domain name of your Internet service provider. How do the location settings work?
Currently, to be matched with local riders in the app it's necessary to have location settings turned on. In a new version of the app coming in early November, users will have the choice of typing in a location or post code if they don't want to have location settings on.
What personal details do I need to give?
As a social app, we have included several questions in the registration and onboarding process to get to know you better! Not all of these questions are mandatory but they do help us to understand more about our community and offer better services.

Awesome! We are very interested in all feedback which can make the CWRB app more user-friendly and content rich. Simply use the Contact Us function in the app itself, or get in touch with us at info@chickswhoridebikes.com
How do I report fake users or catfishers?
We take the safety of our community very seriously, which is why we incorporate facial recognition technology into our registration process to keep our fake users. Should you wish to report any users exhibiting suspicious behaviour, there is a simple 'one touch' button to report a profile. This will be sent straight to admin to manage.
