A unique cycling event by the light of the full moon.
A truly magical bike ride by the lght of a full moon (cloud cover permitting) in great Queensland country from Yarraman to Moore (49 km) late afternoon and evening.Arrive at the Moore Memorial Hall in Moore by 3.00 pm for 3.30 pm departure. Transport to Yarraman for cyclists and bikes will be provided by Out There Cycling. Depart Yarraman at 4.30 pm and ride to Blackbutt with the winter sun setting behind us.
Then cruise down the range though the Benarkin forest and Blackbutt Creek valley from Blackbutt to Linville and then on to Moore after dark by the light of the full moon. It will be a special experience.Complete a great evening of off-road night cycling with optional dinner at Kai Lounge in Moore – please book in advanace directly with Ally:

Hot/cold drinks, and deserts will be available to purchase on the night, (no pre-ordering necessary). Kai Lounge is licenced, so alcoholic drinks also available, but please don’t drink and drive. 🙂
Due to transport limitations, this event will be restricted to 30 guests, so it will be a very sociable ride.

The clay surface on the BVRT between Yarraman and Blackbutt can be very slippery when wet, so the event may be cancelled, and a full refund provided if the forecast is for rain.
Bicycle suitable for off-road cycling, warm clothing, good off-road lights, a spare tube and basic tool kit are mandatory.
You participate in this event entirely at your own risk.
