Chicks Who Ride Bikes hosts twice weekly ride for our community absolutely free. These are slow and steady paced rides hosted by women like Kate Bates (previous World Champion and Olympic Cyclist) and Jordana Blackman (Chief Chick of CWRB) involved in the fun and banter!

Want to ride more confidently and build fitness from home? Then join this 6-week beginner-friendly Zwift program which will guide you through 3 sessions per week tailored to your fitness level!

Build and maintain fitness in a fun and supportive atmosphere for less than $10. 

About CWRB ZWIFTS

Tuesday morning is Group Ride time! Our rides are suitable for beginners and those wanting a cruisy paced coffee style ride, averaging around 1.3 to 1.8 watts per kg in the game (probably around 20-25kph on the road). We ride a flat course giving everyone the opportunity to stay together in one awesome group.

Friday mornings are a ‘Friyay Group Workout’ designed to introduce you to workouts on Zwift and the benefits which come from training in specific zones. This workout is a great all round workout, where we will work across a variety of zones, but keeping it mostly under our thresholds. After all…it is friyay!
